I have just finished reading Dr. Carson's book "America the Beautiful." In it he discusses distribution of wealth. He quoted President James Madison who said, "There is nothing in the constitution that entitles the government to use the money of their constituents for charitable purposes." "No matter how noble their goals."
He quoted Thomas Jefferson who said, "The accumulation of huge debt by the Government is not only unacceptable but dangerous to the preservation of our nation." "I place economy among the first and most important virtues and public debt as the greatest danger."
Dr. Carson said, "The following statement shakes me to the core." "The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not."
Dr. Carson said, "If we had a proportional tax system (flat tax) there would be no incentive for people to hide their money." " Proportionate tax including corporate entitles the flow of jobs and income would be into our nation rather than out of our nation."
I'm impressed by this man because for every problem he sees that our country has, he has a common sense solution to fix it.

Obama Is At It Again
The president is putting into effect a long promised threat to use executive action to grant residency to some of the millions in the country illegally.
Even as the Supreme Courts rebukes are still echoing off the marble steps Obama stepped out to announce that he and Eric Holder "will identify additional actions the administration can take on our own within my legal existing legal authorities to do what congress refuses to do and fix as much of our immigration system as we can."
It looks as though the president is hoping to push Republican hardliners to start drafting articles of impeachment.
Republicans may oblige him, however it says a lot about the state of this presidency that Obama considers his best option to bait his foes into an international crisis.

Excerpt: Eric Holder in The Line Of Fire
John Fund says that Attorney Eric Holder's contempt for members in an oversight hearing of the House Judiciary Committee in 2013 was on full display.
He was being asked questions by Rep. Darrel Issa, R. California., about a voicemail message left by Holder's former subordinate, Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Thomas Perez, about a quid pro quo deal Perez arranged to get rid of a Supreme Court case before the court could issue a decision tossing out the administration's favorite legal theory: "desperate impact."
Perez promised that in exchange for the City of St. Paul dismissing the case, the Justice Dept. would give up a fraud claim against the city worth approximately 180 million dollars.
Holder got upset over having to answer a series of questions about the deal that cost taxpayers a great deal of money and about the Justice Departments refusal to provide copies of personal e-mails that Perez sent in violation of the Federal Records Act.
Holder angrily countered that Issa's questions were "Too consistent with the way in which you conduct yourself as a member of congress."
Holder has a long history of misleading congress about topics ranging from helping arrange pardons for terrorists and international Marc Rich to Operation Fast and Furious and the dismissal of the New Black Panthers voter intimidation case.

Dr. Ben Carson for president
In Dr. Carson's book, "America the Beautiful" he talks about how politician's who in 2009 acted in concert with the actions of circumstances that precipitated the American Revolution. Our country was already deeply in debt yet our government spent excessive amounts of money on "TARP" The bailout of Wall Street, and large companies such as General Motors. Elected officials were ignoring the will of the people.
Carson says we need an assortment of people in Government so that it doesn't get lop-sided. Such as lawyers (which we have a preponderance of.) They are of course well educated and have an overwhelming goal to win whether they are Democratic or Republican. This is why we have such distasteful partisan politics that characterize Congress today. Congressmen were meant to serve their terms and then return to their original walks of life, however, they don't want to return, so they spend an inordinate amount of time and money getting re-elected. These tangled relationships have reached the point where powerful corporate groups , unions and other groups with large amounts of money to spend and exert pressure on the legislative process. This essentially pitches logical decisions out the window.
"This is a serious problem which threatens the very integrity of our system of government."
The solution of course would be to limit the terms with no chance of re-election.
Dr. Carson and a friend wrote an op-ed for the Washington Post focusing on "TORT REFORM." In that piece they called for the media to focus attention on the U.S. Senators who had been co-opted by the trial lawyers Association to the point that they would always filibuster any Tort Reform Bill that came before the Senate.
The founding fathers feared the Government becoming too big and too powerful. Thomas Jefferson wrote in a letter" Experience declares that man is the only animal which devours his own kind; For I can apply no milder term to the Government's of Europe and to the general prey of the rich on the poor."
Dr, Carson points to country's such as Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal and Spain with Government's who have not been able to fulfill their promised obligations to the people due to the lack of funds, despite high taxes. These are timely examples of what happens when we abandon our founders principals of limited Government and the protection of Civil Rights.
The framers of our Constitution knew they didn't want the kind of government that tried to control the lives of it's constituent's. They realized that it would transform " We The People" from a can do society to a "What can you do for me?" society.
There is nothing in the constitution that supports the distribution of wealth.
In a recent survey poll of all presidential candidates Dr. Carson rated third and the bulk of American people don't know him. When they listen to his Prayer Breakfast Speech in front of President Obama. When they hear his lectures and read his books I'm convinced they will see what they want in a man who could win this election and put America back on track.

+Ben Carson for President
I just finished listening to the Prayer Breakfast Speech by Dr. Ben Carson for the second time. His speech covered nearly every serious problem we have. What amazed me was how he addressed each problem. He was careful not to hurt the creator of the problems feelings but had a common sense solution for each one.
Dr. Carson thinks that one of our problems is, we don't discuss our issues with those who appose us. We just get mad and fight with them. He gave the example of the beautiful American Eagle and how it could soar thru the sky with so little effort. But, he added if the eagles left wing isn't working or the right wing isn't working. Well, you can figure out what happens.
One of the reasons I think Dr. Carson would make a good president is because he could beat Hillary Clinton not just in numbers but in honest debate. I don't think there is any other candidate who could obtain enough black votes to win the election.
Dr. Carson is a man of God. He cannot be swayed, or bought.
Dr. Carson has experienced poverty, racism, success. He knows the value of a good education.
After four years of the Obama administration I stated we could not afford another four years of this type of government. Of course it happened and as you can see the country is feeling the effects of this Presidents actions.
The next election is probably the turning point of America. Let's get behind a man who will bring America back to what it once was. Dr. Ben Carson

Californias Poor Decisions
The department of agriculture predicted Monday that there would be a 5% to 6% increase in the price of fruits and vegetables due to lower production in California's Central Valley.
California produces more than 50% of the country's fruits and vegetables.
Federal water regulators slashed water allocations to zero and as a result farmers had to triage their crops and pump groundwater.
All in all California farmers fallowed 500,000 of land this year. The state flushed 800,000 acre feet of water into the San Francisco Bay last winter and 445,000 acre feet into the bay this spring,
That is enough water to service 3 million households to live on and irrigate 600,000 acres of farm land.
Federal regulators ruled that pumping at the Sacramento- San-Joaquin river delta threatened the smelt. so the waters were dumped into the ocean rather than exported to the farmers in the valley where it was so desperately needed.
It really shouldn't surprise us, after all, the California Legislature is still going forward with the Bullet Train to San Francisco.
